Dr. Mohamed Morsi, Chairman of the Freedom and Justice Party (FJP), called upon the High Judicial Elections Commission (HJEC) to learn from the mistakes of the first phase, so as to avoid them in the next phases, and to give the world the most sublime and civilised Egyptian parliamentary elections in every respect.
